Psychotherapy sessions depends on the individual’s issue and the type of therapy being used. It falls in the range of 3 to 12 sessions. But in some cases, it can take more sessions than that. Although the techniques that Nitasha uses needs a smaller number of session and gives results sooner. Booster sessions might be needed in some cases.
